 camouflage for improving depressed look
« Thread Started on Jan 9, 2005, 12:34pm »

I was just wondering if the actual pitted effect of acne scars (you know the shadows) can be improved by camouflage experts. I know that makeup experts can create visual illusions on faces, whether it be exaggerating someone's cheeks, eyes or whatever. I was wondering if they knew of anything for the shadow effect of depressed scars. I just thought it was an interesting concept for trying to improve the overall appearance of acne scarring as a last touch up.

I’ll ask Dr Chu. I suspect the answer is no. Interesting links below.

have you tried skin needling? it can get your body to fill in the pits with its own collegan. I've been trained and have had success with pitted scars. It is becoming very popular, so look in your area for practiioners.

good luck.

No matter the foundation and consealer tricks to hide acne scarring, its always best to apply an acne scar removal skin care product. Try using iS Clinical Super Serum. Trust me you'll see the difference within a couple of weeks.
